Kenneth Fishman has dedicated his practice exclusively to family law since being called to the Ontario Bar in 2009 and has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada™ since 2023. His significant experience spans all facets of family matters, including issues related to child and spousal support, property division and parenting disputes. He has extensive experience negotiating and drafting domestic contracts and represents clients at all levels of court in Ontario. Kenneth also regularly represents clients at mediations and arbitrations, providing effective dispute resolution services tailored to each client’s unique needs.
